People move here, and they don't want to leave. They grow up here, move away, and ultimately move back. Why? Because Louisville is a very liveable city. It's the biggest small town you can imagine. It is culturally and artistically evolving. It has great restaurants and incredible parks. Louisville has an easy commute!
I have lived here for more than 20 years. I don't make it a habit of bragging or talking about myself, but as a Louisville apologist who knows this city inside and out, I would be short-changing potential Louisville home buyers if I didn't write a bit about why I am your best bet when you decide to buy a Louisville home.
I began my career in real estate in 2002 as an associate residential real estate appraiser serving the Louisville area and including the Kentucky counties of Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Bullitt, Trimble, and Hardin. After three years in the appraisal business, which gave me an advanced background in real estate education and field experience, educating me on so many more neighborhoods than the average real estate professional, I was licensed to sell Kentucky real estate in 2005, and I have been a full-time real estate agent serving the Louisville area and surrounding counties ever sense. I moved my business to Keller Williams Realty Louisville East in 2008, and I love it.
After a banner sales year in 2011, one of the worst years for real estate sales on record, I decided to expand to a team approach in 2012. At this time, my brother, Justin Thomas, and I teamed up to form The Thomas Group of Keller Williams Realty Louisville East.
